BOON REQUESTS

Hey fairybroskis! You know what time it is? Boon time!

Requests are up, which means the fairies and imps are out and about bothering people from their respective factions to note down the number one item on their wishlist again!





Wherever Shardbearer characters are in the Drabwurld, at some point today they will be approached by fairies or imps, depending on their alignment, bearing a piece of parchment and a quill. They will urge your character to write down a request for an item, power or favour from their monarchs in exchange for fighting or supporting their faction and they will take it away through a fairy-ring when it is written. There are three easy rules your character will be informed MUST NOT be broken:

1) "Do not call for time and space to be bent to your will!"

2) "You may not request another's true love or devotion!"

3) "Ask not for a road home or the loved ones whence you came!"

Essentially, the OOC boundaries relayed through IC means to your character are to avoid game-breaking demands being made. They will be approved, altered or denied here until 25th FEBRUARY (00:01am LONDON GMT; we've extended it a day!) so that when your character receives their boon on the morning of 25th (you can pick any time for them to be delivered/show up) no matter where they are there is no fuss, no muss!

This month, your character gets a boon if they battled between Feb 07-14, or assisted in saving/slaying the jabberwhelp! Feel free to link to any threads (completed or ongoing) that will show your character getting involved in the event this month: only actual participation (not referenced participation) will warrant a boon. For those using quest logs to count as both quest material and as boons, you could have gone a good measure over minimum wordcount to receive your boon: ideally having another 200 words or so.

Wildcard boons will almost always be done after the boons of characters with concrete requests, and for this reason are likely to take longer.

If your character doesn't want to request a boon they may simply wave away the fairies/imps. It is not possible to "save up" Boon Requests for later events, so make sure to get yours in if you want one! Please try to think of a boon to suggest; wildcard boons will likely be saved for last.

Basically, she shouts 'hey' at a lot of people.

BOON REQUEST: Nabooru will request one of the pairs of gauntlets from her home which give the wearer strength. She won't stipulate which, but there are two - the Golden and the Silver. Both do the same thing - make the one wearing them exceptionally strong, able to lift and even throw huge stone boulders, but the Golden are considerably more powerful.
POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS: Silver are weaker than gold, if the gold is too much, but other than that I am cool with being wildcarded! She could definitely use something to hide her shard in some way if it comes to that.
