SEPTEMBER Calendar of Events
Hello, fairybros! A couple of quick notes before we get stuck into the September event!
The modteam is a little behind in completing the new traditional app and native oc app information! It's been a ridiculously hectic month for us all, and we hope to have that information disseminated over the next few days.
It's also worth noting that repairs following the attack of the Giant Lawkamercyme have been completed in Caer Scima, and with the assistance of Amaterasu, are nearly complete in Caer Glaem. The Station is still in gravely poor repair. The dragon which perished before Caer Glaem had quickly been reduced to a skeleton by scavengers of all sorts, and many of the great bones have been interred beneath the castle proper and in the ruins. Word on the street is that the Unseelie have successfully gained yet more political allies throughout the drabwurld, and are gearing up for a massive (perhaps final!) strike on the Seelie stronghold. In response to the ramping-up of the war, many of the other disparate kingdoms are beginning to muster their own defenses, and it has been announced that the King of Troichean Beinn means to have the doors of Redgate shut against travel and trade come midwinter, closing off the Western Road.
The mod team will be reaching out to players headed upon the mission to Treun within the next few days to begin planning of that mission!
Finally, the dates for Reserves & Applications are up, and the Test-Drive Meme should be going up on or around the 10th! Hopefully, we haven't missed anything!

• All characters who keep feathers they find will lose them by event's end!
• Characters are likely to discover the powers of the feathers they keep on accident!
• Feathers may be small and soft downfeathers, or large pin or tailfeathers!
• Characters can, in fact, come across the thief!

The next Calender of Events post will go up toward the end of September to cover all of October. Weather in-game will be blustery and windy, with more rain than sunshine, steady drizzles peppered with intermittent storms. Nights will be drier but getting cool. Finally, if you have any queries about the event, please direct them to the Questions thread and we'll get back to you ASAP. Thank you!

Finding the Three Feathers GENRE: MYSTERY/MAGICAL | DURATION: 06-25 SEPTEMBER |
SUMMARY The birds are all a-twitter! From the pretty little bluebirds in Glaschu to the hulking vultures of Dorchadas, they don't seem to want to shut up even when dusk falls. On the morning of September 07th, royal proclamations are given, informing their shardbearers that the great Garuda, the lord and king of birds, has perished ... and a thief has stolen his magical feathers!
This thief has hidden these magical feathers somewhere in the six realms. Three of the Garuda's flight-feathers are known grant the power of suggestion (that is, to make someone else follow their whims!) and searches are demanded by the monarchs, who wish for these three to be discovered and returned to the birds.
How can one track down the thief? By following the trail of smaller feathers he has left all across the drabwurld! These smaller feathers of pure blue are dotted here and there, which any character may find scattered around! These each grant their holder one of three abilities while kept on their person: elemental manipulation, invisibility, or shapeshifting. Unfortunately, the fairies and imps will have gathered all the feathers up by September 25th, whether secreted away or not ...

QUICK NOTES!01ST SEPTEMBER • Mounted messengers bearing red banners are thick along all the major roads, delivering messages to notable figures in the drabwurld. Reynard the Fox has purportedly gathered a great army at the foot of his mountains.
06th SEPTEMBER • The birds of the drabwurld begin acting strange! All the birds in an area will begin flocking to shardbearers, peeping, singing, squawking, or cawing at them.
07th SEPTEMBER • Handwaved royal proclamations are posted in the Great Hall of each court, instructing Shard-holders to try to recover the magical feathers of the Garuda! The most clear trail of feathers seems to lead from the Eithne north into Dorchadas... or vice versa!
12th SEPTEMBER • Many of the smaller feathers have been scattered to all corners of the world!
18th SEPTEMBER • OOC submissions for Boons OPEN and are approved/altered/denied until the 22nd (00:01am LONDON GMT).
20th SEPTEMBER (00:01am LONDON GMT) • RESERVES OPEN.
23rd SEPTEMBER • Approved or altered, boons are ICLY received today when characters wake up. There is no audience with the monarchs.
24th SEPTEMBER (00:01am LONDON GMT) • APPS OPEN.
25th SEPTEMBER • EVENT ENDS. By now, all of the feathers have been collected and returned to the Garuda's pyre.
26th SEPTEMBER (00:01am LONDON GMT) • ACTIVITY CHECK.
27th SEPTEMBER (00:01am LONDON GMT) • RESERVES END. FFA BEGINS.
