tbh as it stands, he probably wouldn't be too bothered — at least until he's aware of who's who and what they're capable of, although the hulk in and of himself isn't something (or someone) that really interests (or bothers) loki on a personal level: what happened at the end of avengers was (to loki) an embarrassing mishap that occurred because he lost his temper. the hulk was part of his plan, yes, but he was one feature. the main point was (essentially) to fuck with thor, so unless a hulk equivalent could be used in any way, or developed a personal interest in loki, he probably wouldn't be too concerned? at least for a while!!

—that aside, hello! i am ... not remotely familiar with your character at all, but she sounds fascinating, and i'm sure it'll be a delight to interact with her!
