Javik doesn't like the monarchs enough to do their bidding even when they ask nicely, so he'll probably be ignoring the moon thing. Besides, you can't just take a moon out of the sky like that, that's dumb (he hates this place). However, with the added power, if you need anything big moved, he can probably throw it pretty far with his biotics!
