The major metaplot events get a mod post so that we can respond to them quickly, being that they are primarily driven by npc interaction! Since the monthly events are primarily player-driven and involve dozens (rather than two or three) group plots and player plots, it's generally ideal for players to post those as they see fit.

However, we're absolutely open to altering that approach to monthly events and posting the main logs if that's more convenient for the broader playerbase.
