Sticking my nose in here with a possible suggestion. The last game I played at kept a separate account for NPC activity. Another account to manage might not work for you guys, but it worked very well there. Volunteer players like myself had access to it to help with NPCing monsters and the like for events and individual player plots as well. Since DW doesn't have any sort of filtering on their inbox, maybe that's an alternative to helping you slog through all the crap we send your way ;)
