Nope, not really, though Dragonlords can only make fire in dragon-form. They can, however, make fire way hotter (or a room, or bathwater) or cool it down, and can make smokeless, heatless lights called coldfire. In dragonform they have extremely powerful magical burns-everything fire. And green healing fire, which does what it says on the tin.

Cutie Marks would be so much more hilarious but Markings are essentially genetic oddities that set Dragonlords apart. Not every oddity is a Marking, but every Dragonlord has one of these. Examples are birthmarks, webbed fingers, dwarfism, albinism, heterochromia, colorblindness, polydactyly, a "shriveled" leg, and other things of that nature. Such things tend to run in families (naturally), with one member eventually ending up a Dragonlord. So yes, Pod will wonder, at first XD.
