Waver's established himself as an information hub already thanks to the Barrel, and will be very happy to assist anyone and everyone who would like to get out of dodge.

To that end, I definitely need some help on multiple fronts. They include:

Characters who can offer shelter from the worst of the fighting

Characters who are involved in the war planning and can give him a heads up of what the hardest hit areas might be so that places can be evacuated accordingly

People that can get himself and the Barrel out of dodge, as Rin's gotten some heads up that the fighting may be in the Barrel's backyard. While Waver would love to protect the structure, he's more worried about his household coming out of this safe.

Waver will be leaking information about things happening in game prior to announcements, but that is only for his closest CR that he suspects might not already know or less close CR that he would like to test the strength of their leadership abilities in a time like this
