I want Charles to get involved but I feel like he needs prodding to be IC because he has feelings about war. Luckily, he also has feelings about people dying and experiencing pain and can be unintentionally emotionally manipulated by fellow do-gooders :D

He hasn't kept his telepathy a complete secret so word could have gotten back to Lancelot? And I feel like if we build this cr now, it would be a good way for him to get involved with quests in the future.
