I haven't been following everything you plurk about (and I never saw that ping, so that bit is certainly on me). But I thought the rest was pretty obvious and didn't need to specifically be said? Like I don't know how it wouldn't be assumed that a guard post received as punishment in the face of an actual threat to the city (which you have been aware of, since you've been in those plurks multiple times) wouldn't need to be actually guarded. I remember vague talk of setting up wards, and so Sara's been looking into arranging wards with Kaldur already (right now so she could eat/sleep/etc. but in the future adaptable to be used for whatever system she might find to get herself back there in an instant when there's a threat).
I'm not trying to punish you, but I do have to be as reasonably IC about this on my own end as possible. Korra's already being given an extremely lenient punishment, and it's kind of ridiculous to assume that she could just go off and do whatever she wants when all she's being asked to do now is guard the road (with the chance to earn even more freedom in the future).
