Probably a dumb question and I likely missed this over one of the info pages, but...

Do we know yet the exact date the lockets will "break" (or have that same Court-only restriction, I forget if it was one case or the other)? I just want to make sure I'm not ICly writing out anything over the network when I'm not supposed to.
