Waver can give a timeline without a sweat or fussing about being overheard, no worries there! I figure perhaps after quest things and Waver's got the Barrel open again, the anti-court books are an option?

Yes, it definitely is. I know that the Station has evacuation plans posted, and that Merida's mun is talking about doing some stuff with that as well. :DD

Take whatever quest you want, as I tend to not fret over feeling characters out until it gets into the heavy info stuff. :DDD
