+2 way tough gang members

Hi there! In the interest of saving on space, this is a double intro; we’re Kisha and Tiv, bringing you Tsubomi Kido (concealingeyes ) and Mary Kozakura (paraleyes ) from Kagerou Project, a multimedia canon that started as a series of Vocaloid songs, then spawned novels, a manga, and an anime, starting this Saturday. Basically, it’s Dead Kids Wearing Hoodies in the Middle of Summer: The Musical.

Kido is the leader of their little ‘gang’, a tough-talking girl who likes to punch things as a solution. Actually, though, she’s a loser who laughs for ten minutes straight over bad drawings, hates horror and loves cute things. But she also distrusts most people outside of her gang so she’ll try to act tough for a while. Also she likes music and her earbuds were permanently attached. She also has the Concealing Eyes ability which means she can hide her presence and tends to just sort of appear suddenly so yeah.

Mary is member #4, the first that was recruited outside of their family! Thanks to the rough life she had earlier, she’s slightly shy in new situations, but upon opening up to people is quickly revealed to be very sweet and cheerful, if a little bratty. Don’t let that fool you, though. She’s also the oldest of them and it shows occasionally. She likes knitting and comics about boys kissing. Her ability is called Eye Contact: a watered-down version of a Medusa’s gaze, it temporarily paralyzes anyone that meets it.
