Neutralize the telepath \o/

After wrestling with all possible options I decided to throw Charles here into the Seelie Gold Team, since it best fits for him ICly. However I thought about this long and hard, because Charles has his full canon abilities, which makes him a PITA to those attempting to get their sneak on, so I need to nerf him somehow.
That got me thinking! Rather than just nerf him myself (or send him off somewhere), we’re here for some PC vs PC conflict right?? I was wondering if any of the Unseelie types would like to work something out to have your character (or characters) work together to neutralize one PITA telepath?
I ask only that it not involve death or capture that results in a POW status (capture for the duration of the event works!! ). Other than that I’m open to any and all possible scenarios! Thinking whatever the scenario, it would go down in time to allow Team Moon to either get their sneak on or continue their sneak so those plans don’t get completely derailed. After all, dealing with a flesh rotting tooth is going to be enough of a bummer.
Just think of Charles as a bump in the road to flesh rotting toothdom! \o/
