Cullen will be... having a pretty bad go at things, given the fact that a lot of the harp's symptoms bear a really unfortunate resemblace to lyrium withdrawal. For most of it, he'll be trying to do his job at Caer Glaem, but will take a week or two off for personal reasons and do a bit of travelling.
