Arno will be gathering as much information as possible in his new location and cafe, Le Café Petit Théâtre, right in Troichean Benn. The cafe is entirely neutral in its standings, so everyone is welcome. Hearing about Mair is going to make him want to reach out to others that he can possibly get an idea of what to do and what's going on. He'll spend a bunch of his time plotting and also spreading word of what's going on where he can. He's also going to look into finding something to keep in touch with both Seelie and Unseelie friends and people he knows.

As for the Dullahan, Arno will be watching and very reluctantly be involved. I'm not sure exactly how, but I would like to have him in the event somehow.
