i wish i had immediate ideas to offer but sadly i don't so let's hammer! katsa has a small group of people with which she may be coordinating the initial run into the citadel and then is on the strike team on the last day that has gold-melting grenades. she's mostly interested in hunting down one specific person and leaving others unconscious rather than dead and... maybe they could get into a tight spot somewhere? find each other somewhere inside and looking for important seelie documents/information...?
