Steve will not be among the very first who gets sick, but he will be getting infected by one of the half a dozen people he knows who are. He'll probably try to hide it while he's trying out cures because no one needs to worry about him. He'll be somewhat concerned about Ridire's death because it feels like trouble a'brewin' and they just got these new kids here.

Jack actually lets people hug him now, which he'll regret when he starts turning silver. He might go to the orgy too just to watch...and then leave early. Dammit Johnny.
