As a four-star character and Guard-Captain of Caer Glaem, Cullen is... going to be one of the first people impacted for sure and slowly sobbing to himself over the resemblance to how his boss back home turned into a statue. He's not a very touchy-feely person, but if you happen to be one of his friends, he will be feeling somewhat... downtrodden about the whole thing.
