Diarmuid spends most of his time in Leathann at the moment since he lives there, but he also spends time in Caer Glaem (his training grounds) and the Citadel. Alyosha asked him to play good Seelie boy to help further along some plans so that is what he has been doing even though he does all he can to avoid the Seelie monarchs because he has done things to help the Unseelie that would probably get him brought up on treason charges if they ever come to light. Oops...
He is already going to be meeting with Katsa in Leathann on the 16th. Would setting a meeting time around then work for you? We could handwave the initial contact message and just thread the meeting.
