hahaha yes faolan is the sort of guy who needs like 3 alternate backup options in case his first plan doesn't work because he HATES being caught out, plus he has some special abilities now that he's in game but back home he was pure human and super distrustful of relying on magical abilities to get oneself through something, so he would kind of stress that to charles as well. SO YES this would be really interesting to me :) especially the cr with charles, i think they are both such thinky characters it would be really interesting to have them know each other, and get together to share their thinky thoughts and information. would charles come to him about something like this? he could easily learn faolan's role through lancelot or hermione, since both of them are MORE than aware of what he does
