As far as the library etc. goes there are recaps available that take the form of in-game documents that are available in the Unseelie library! They're super easy to access and might be anice starting point.

Waver is usually down in his place at the Barrel, but has an open post for most of the month for random run ins in Unseelie territory. As for turning up at the actual scene, that'd be a thing to talk to the mods about!
