Operation Leathann Lift-Off is currently scheduled during the period Asami would be gathering assistance, so assuming it's successful (Gil won't be in much of a mood to help otherwise) I can have Gil lend his strength to the relief effort.

Gilgamesh is Shardless, and as such can reach across Court boundaries. He's immensely powerful, super fast and super durable, and can do a great deal of any heavy lifting that's required. He can also arrange for some funds on his end to aid the evacuees and potentially provide airship support; this is tentative, as I'd have to talk to some other players about this first.

Again, all very dependent on what goes down in Leathann, but tl;dr if the venture succeeds, Gil will throw his weight behind this next.
