Steve, though shardless, will still be travelling to the heart of the gem to give whatever cover and support he can to his baes Ari and Buck, since he won't be feeling the pain of the pull. I probably won't have him get a shard to have influence, because he's trusting his wish to them. He would also be willing to do this for any member of the Red Hand if you'd like to cross paths with him/them!
