Dany is cautiously excited to go on a sea adventure! It was sort of her dream as a little girl to be a sailor, and she loves the ocean.

Now she gets to threaten enemy ships with dragons. The fierce part of her will be very attracted to the idea of an easy resolution, but because she's still very much in conflict with this part of herself (and with her dragons), she'll be doing her best to use them as threats only. Her approach in canon is to buy loyalty or accept surrender provided some penalty is enacted, but people who refuse her mercy tend to receive something else. Given the Garnet objective here, I'm not sure she'd be able to arrange things the way she likes them, but she would sure try.

Anyone sailing The Great Whale with her will get to see three dragons diving in and out of the water and making bloody work of any prey they can get their claws on. The laziest one, Viserion, may also decide to perch somewhere high and snooze, frustrating anyone who wants to climb up for a better view. Dany will be watching anxiously and praying none of her babies set fire to the ship.
