(YEP, that's pretty much the case. FE9/10 dragons are a bit different from the others but still with the transforming into more humanoid figures thing)

Maybe she can offer to be a point of contact (exploring the library and finding useful things from there or offering her healing skills to aid whoever needs it or wants training in basic healing magic?)? Actually, now that I think about it, it'd be easy to tag into your post with an offer for healing help from there.
