Celegorm will treat her as a lady in every respect, because he has no idea that she's physiologically anything else, and I really, really want to work somehow to a conversation where he learns the truth. From what little I know of her character, it seems like they'd get on well; he's incredibly loyal, to the point of having done many a terrible thing in his canon to achieve the goals he was oathed to (like machinating the deaths of kings to take their kingdoms, forced marriages, and killing children), and very much values that trait in others. Values it over almost anything else, in fact.
He's a hunter of legendary ability among his people, skilled enough that he was close friends with the Tolkien-world's God of the Hunt, and as such has some very... nontraditional ideas and perspectives on the nature of life and death. He categorizes the people he meets in terms of predators and prey, and views all aspects of life in the terms of the hunt.
On a larger scale, he's a member of a society that places the *utmost* value on beauty-- that values beauty even above individual wealth or power.
