Due to a glitch by the computer of the list helper who does the Taken/Player Contact list, one of the updates has been deleted, meaning that some of the entries meant for the lists have been undone.
Please take the time to look through the TAKEN and PLAYER CONTACT pages and ensure that your character has been entered properly if you've already filled out the information.
The helper in question feels terrible and has given their computer a thorough scolding along with a time out.
