January Boon Requests
Hey fairybroskis! You know what time it is? Boon time!
Requests are up, which means the fairies and imps are out and about bothering people from their respective factions to note down the number one item on their wishlist again!
Wherever Shardbearer characters are in the Drabwurld, at some point today they will be approached by fairies or imps, depending on their alignment, bearing a piece of parchment and a quill. They will urge your character to write down a request for an item, power or favour from their monarchs in exchange for fighting or supporting their faction and they will take it away through a fairy-ring when it is written. There are three easy rules your character will be informed MUST NOT be broken:
This month, everybody who participated in war preparations gets a boon! Feel free to link to any threads (completed or ongoing) that will show your character getting involved in the event this month: only actual participation (not referenced participation) will warrant a boon. For those using quest logs to count as both quest material and as boons, you could have gone a good measure over minimum wordcount to receive your boon: ideally having another 200 words or so.
So, want a boon? Simply C&P the below into your comment:
If your character doesn't want to request a boon they may simply wave away the fairies/imps. It is not possible to "save up" Boon Requests for later events, so make sure to get yours in if you want one! Please try to think of a boon to suggest; wildcard boons will likely be saved for last.

1) "Do not call for time and space to be bent to your will!"Essentially, the OOC boundaries relayed through IC means to your character are to avoid game-breaking demands being made. They will be approved, altered or denied here until 24th JANUARY (00:01am LONDON GMT) so that when your character receives their boon on the morning of 25th (you can pick any time for them to be delivered/show up) no matter where they are there is no fuss, no muss!
2) "You may not request another's true love or devotion!"
3) "Ask not for a road home or the loved ones whence you came!"

RELEVANT THREAD(S): Link #1 Link #2 While the first thread is a quest, Lumina is actually an object of the quest, not a 'quester'...if that makes sense? (Part of their quest is to keep her from getting hurt.)
BOON REQUEST: And as usual, Lumina swipes the paper from the imp and writes on it herself:
"So back on Gran Pulse they have these places called Chocobo Ranches where they raised and researched chocobos! There were tons of them a long time ago but there was just one when I came here, and I guess it's gone since Pulse is probably gone? Anyway could I have one? Here? You've given people airships and buildings and stuff before! It would be some land and fences and a building or two and a bunch of chocobos! And chocobo eggs! That way they won't die out! Plus they're really useful and people seem to like seeing them here, and you can teach them to do pretty much everything horses do, except better! It would look like this!" And here she draws a picture of a chocobo ranch with different colored chocobos and two moogles taking care of them, with buildings and a little house and it's all probably way cuter than she is actually intending for it to be. (Lumina isn't the best artist.)
POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS: I'm honestly not sure? I've been building to this for a while so I am hopeful! The idea would be kind of a cross between a ranch and a 'home' for Lumina, outside of Caer Scima. With chocobos. And maybe two moogle trainers. I am asking for the moon here, aren't I...
Right so aiming for the ranch to be somewhere in Mair, if possible? But anywhere would be fine!

She will be given a fine ranch on the outskirts of Mair with an inner training yard for Chocobos! It will have a modest manse within its boundaries. The imp who delivers the deed will chatter and suggest that Lumina should consider getting a contract to raise and train war-chocobos for the troops of Mair.

Oh man. So, so just to check, it's the ranch and more chocobos and everything? ...are there the two moogles? I don't want to get this wrong you have no idea I may have actually shouted in happiness when I read this.
