Her name is Leia Rolando and she's from Tales of Xillia. She's a dork to the highest degree, but don't worry, she kinda grows on you. Like a puppy! A puppy who can talk and who should hypothetically should know better than to be such an idiot but detaaaaaaaaaaails ;) I'll be playing her, and my name is Mimi! I'm new to the game, but it looks so delightful, I can't wait to get started :D She's so Seelie it hurts, so she'll be hanging around there.
