+ one tiny Seelie

Hey hey hey this is Kira returning! I used to play Fëanor here some months ago for a little while. I live in CET and my plurk is narwa and I'm excited to be able to play with everyone again...

And bring a baby nation that looks cute and might be just a little bit messed up in the head. Say hi to Muscovy from Hetalia! This is the tiny nation that will in a few centuries become the big Russian Empire, but at this point he won't even recognize the name "Russia" to be referring to himself (he'll think you're talking about his sister (present-day Ukraine) or maybe Sweden). He'll be coming in from the Tartar Yoke, so AD 1300-ish. Because of how he grew up, his mannerisms and worldview are a bit odd. More info here, but the most important part is that he likes to watch people instead of properly coming up to them. If you don't want him to do that stalkerish behaviour towards your character or don't want me to tag your character with him, please tell me here.

All in all, he's an interested shy little bugger who likes people but doesn't think that they will be altruistically nice to him. Oh and he's Seelie. ...If I forgot something important, just ask.

Accepted and ohhhhhh I would love CR between them ** I'm not sure where I want to have him start out, but Muscovy is in theory capable of travelling all over the Drabwurld at a high speed, he just won't do so very often - but he could technically show up everywhere that a Seelie character can go. Whereabouts is Integra these days?

Integra should actually be returning to Caer Gleam within the next few days from a diplomatic mission on behalf of the Seelie in Treun. Gotta ensure the wellbeing of the people inside her court and all.

I'm certain she'd take to Muscovy rather well, despite her ineptitude when it comes to children. *v*

Hm... when will she return? Muscovy won't be there at first, but who knows what will happen, and I'm sure I can come up with a reason to head to the castle. If only because he's told that there are a lot of people there.
