And bring a baby nation that looks cute and might be just a little bit messed up in the head. Say hi to Muscovy from Hetalia! This is the tiny nation that will in a few centuries become the big Russian Empire, but at this point he won't even recognize the name "Russia" to be referring to himself (he'll think you're talking about his sister (present-day Ukraine) or maybe Sweden). He'll be coming in from the Tartar Yoke, so AD 1300-ish. Because of how he grew up, his mannerisms and worldview are a bit odd. More info here, but the most important part is that he likes to watch people instead of properly coming up to them. If you don't want him to do that stalkerish behaviour towards your character or don't want me to tag your character with him, please tell me here.
All in all, he's an interested shy little bugger who likes people but doesn't think that they will be altruistically nice to him. Oh and he's Seelie. ...If I forgot something important, just ask.
