CHRISTMAS PUPPIES (sort of)
Hey fairy folk!
On the 25th, Javik’s varren Athame will be having her litter of spacedog puppies. A few days after this, he’ll have them up for adoption, because Javik wants them spoken for ASAP so as soon as they’re old enough they’re out the door. Javik is a terrible pet owner. Don’t be Javik. At probably 3 days old they’ll be too young to go home with your character, of course, but imps will deliver them in 2-3 weeks, wherever your character might be in the Drabwurld! There will be a log for checking out the pups, but actually getting them can be handwaved.
There will be seven total, with colors listed below, but their personality, sex and what your character does with them are of course entirely up to you! They can be trained as hunters, racers, warhounds and uh… also eaten. Free range, organic varren meat is a thing. While they are carnivorous pack animals, a little TLC makes them excellent companions. According to the fairies that brought Javik his varren in the first place, they have an untested resistance to magic as well.
ICly, Javik isn’t going to be picky about who wants one. OOCly, first dibs go to Javik’s CR, and after that any interested Unseelie. If there are any Unseelie with a Seelie friend that didn’t get that pony they wanted for Christmas... well, a varren’s close enough, right?
