+1 Pirate Lord of the Caribbean

Hello Eachdraidh, my name is Silas, and I play this loser over here. I'm brand new meat into this game, but not into dwrp. I like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain, long walks on the beach, and pirates. Specifically Pirates of the Caribbean. Specifically Jack Sparrow.
This would be the point where I surreptitiously link you to the appropriate background music.
Anyways for those of you who've never seen the movies, or those of you who haven't seen the movies in a million years, Jack Sparrow is pretty much a stereotype of what a pirate is. He likes things like freedom and rum and his ship (his ship, not Barbossa's), the bestest and fastest ship in the whole entire world, The Black Pearl.
Which, hey. I hear is in the game.
I'm very excited to be here and play with all of you, I am ready to do all of the things. If you want to add me on plurk for plotty reasons or for not plotty reasons, you can find me over at

Where does he sign?

All right, proper intro this time! Hi, I'm Ardruna, and all my kids are in Unseelie here. Captain Isabela is a new addition, but my other two are Nerdanel, a Tolkien Elf sculptor, and Prince Edgar from King's Quest, currently the baron of Spire 10. But, really, of all of them, I'm pretty sure Jack will most enjoy the company of the lovely Isabela. They have so much in common! :D
...also, I think it would be really fun for there to be a Merry Band of Pirates running about the Drabwurld. Let them be friends, y/y?

That being said, I am all for there being a Merry Band of Pirates running around. Especially if Jack is going to get the Pearl as a boon asap. So long as he gets to be Captain of his ship, please and thank you.
But, sure! Let them be friends. What could go wrong.

And while she'll consider a ship better than no ship, she'd rather have her ship as well. Though, no lie, she will be very amused by a vessel named the "the Pearl," all things considered. ;) But she knows how to work in tandem with other captains. That's how it works in the Armada, after all. They should get along fine. Assuming they don't get on each other's bad sides.

It does seem like there similar enough, though, that they'd either get along famously or they'd get on each other's bad sides immediately. Either way, I'm sure it'll be fun and I'm looking forward to it, for sure!
