Hi everyone, Gadgets here! As of the clash against the worms and this thread, Thranduil basically told Reaper here to make sure the guards are doing their jobs and may need to conscript some people.

That's where you come in! I'd like to have characters come along to help protect the various parts of Caer Glaem and, when the worms make it into the fountains in the bailey on the 16th, beat them up! Obviously characters will still need to go out and help the citizens, but we can't go leaving the castle unprotected, either! This could be a good way for characters who want to stay near an injured friend or who decided "nah, I'm gonna stay put, thanks" to get in on the action.

Reaper will make an IC post (backdated to earlier in the 10th, thanks a lot night shift) asking for people to come help boost up the guard ranks, but I figured I would run it by all of you first and try to get some OOC organization going! EDIT: The post is here!

I'm thinking of making it an open log, so the characters can mill around guarding and mingle that way and also beat up some worms. Thoughts?
