ROUGH PLAN: Divided into bear-handlers who take shifts between bear-managing and a general company of warriors who aid it in causing death and destruction. These warriors may be taking along primitive incendiaries/other fancy fun things to cause an additional element of chaos.

I think they'll all be *shooting* for lethal options, to be honest! :) It looks like the team has two parts: bear-handlers and warriors who triangulate around the bear to take down threats and.. cause as much chaos as possible!
