BOON REQUESTS

A little late, but it's boon time! Requests are up, which means the fairies and imps are out and about bothering people from their respective factions to note down the number one item on their wishlist again!


Wherever Shard-holder characters are in the Drabwurld, at some point today they will be approached by fairies or imps, depending on their alignment, bearing a piece of parchment and a quill. They will urge your character to write down a request for an item, power or favour from their monarchs in exchange for fighting or supporting their faction and they will take it away through a fairy-ring when it is written. There are three easy rules your character will be informed MUST NOT be broken:

1) "Do not call for time and space to be bent to your will!"
2) "You may not request another's true love or devotion!"
3) "Ask not for a road home or the loved ones whence you came!"

Essentially, the OOC boundaries relayed through IC means to your character are to avoid game-breaking demands being made. They will be approved, altered or denied here until 24th AUGUST (00:01am LONDON GMT) so that when your character receives their boon on the morning of 25th (you can pick any time for them to be delivered/show up) no matter where they are there is no fuss, no muss! The royal audiences are bi-monthly and the third is due to be held near October, which the fairies and imps will also be informing people. This month, everybody who managed to slay one of the shadow-beasties gets a boon! Feel free to link to any threads (completed or ongoing) that will show your character getting involved in the event this month. Simply C&P the below into your comment:

Why should he need a chip when he can just have true telepathy?

So, he gets true telepathy! And can use it with whomever he desires. The better he knows a person, the further the distance he can communicate with them over!

Drawback: while learning how to use it, he might accidentally slip while sleeping and project his dreams upon others!

Ooooooo :O A few questions about the earring! Can he wear it all the time, or is it like a magical ring to be something he has to slip on when he wants to use? (Which would be kind of awkward because it's an earring rather than a ring haha, BUT I figured I'd ask.) Also! Can I have it work so that he can have someone else teleport along with him, if he's touching them when he does?

So if Meera's boon is any indication there are some direwolves native to Draubwurld somewhere. Is there any way Ghost could find them and Jon could warg with them too or is that too much/was that pup the only one around?

Indeed direanimals are found within the drabwurld! Unfortunately, they're far more local to the northern regions of the map. If Jon were to take finding them as a mission, no doubt he could discover several with Ghost should he travel northwards!

Hi again!

Okay so I was wondering a few things, since I was trying to figure out when I could have Jon go north and I really want him to go to the dwarf kingdom with Gendry and co so it wouldn't be for a good long while. SO: a) could Ghost conceivably go alone to recruit idk maybe 2-4 younger, abandoned/packless direwolves? I was already planning to have him wander off/leave Jon by his lonesome for like a month and some change and gather up a pack of regular wolves (like Nymeria did in canon) so if yes that would be super, if no I can dwi, b) how long would the trip take to get to get from caer glaem to direwolf country?

:) A trip north enough following the roads would take approximately three weeks! Ghost traveling alone and through wilderness could make it in half that time, however!

And of course Ghost could venture forth on his own to gain a pack! All we ask is that you make a detailed post summarizing some of that activity! c:
