SEPTEMBER BOON REQUESTS

A little late again, but it's boon time! Requests are up, which means the fairies and imps are out and about bothering people from their respective factions to note down the number one item on their wishlist again!





Wherever Shardbearer characters are in the Drabwurld, at some point today they will be approached by fairies or imps, depending on their alignment, bearing a piece of parchment and a quill. They will urge your character to write down a request for an item, power or favour from their monarchs in exchange for fighting or supporting their faction and they will take it away through a fairy-ring when it is written. There are three easy rules your character will be informed MUST NOT be broken:

1) "Do not call for time and space to be bent to your will!"

2) "You may not request another's true love or devotion!"

3) "Ask not for a road home or the loved ones whence you came!"

Essentially, the OOC boundaries relayed through IC means to your character are to avoid game-breaking demands being made. They will be approved, altered or denied here until 24th SEPTEMBER (00:01am LONDON GMT) so that when your character receives their boon on the morning of 25th (you can pick any time for them to be delivered/show up) no matter where they are there is no fuss, no muss! The royal audiences are bi-monthly and the third is due to be held in October, which the fairies and imps will also be informing people.

This month, everybody who managed to find a feather of any kind gets a boon! Feel free to link to any threads (completed or ongoing) that will show your character getting involved in the event this month. Simply C&P the below into your comment:

Otherwise, make sure to mention something you think your character might want!



If your character doesn't want to request a boon they may simply wave away the fairies/imps. It is not possible to "save up" Boon Requests for later events, so make sure to get yours in if you want one!

RELEVANT THREAD(S): Link #1 - this has him on the trail of the bird thief. Given I ended up not getting as involved as much as planned, he only found regular feathers.
BOON REQUEST: Whatever the High Queen sees fit.
POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS: Whatever seems appropriate. Failing anything else, access to dark magic would be good. Not that he needs more magic, but he'd want to know the limits of magic in this world.

He'll receive the Triforce of Wisdom, which he'll be able to use once a month to gain uncanny (and unerringly correct) insights about people, events, and places. Simple PM the mod team with a link to its IC use!

Question: If someone else apps a Zelda who has the Triforce of Wisdom, would she no longer possess it upon entering the setting?

That is indeed the case! There will be no duplicates, and this artifact can be turned against the monarchs.
