SEPTEMBER BOON REQUESTS

A little late again, but it's boon time! Requests are up, which means the fairies and imps are out and about bothering people from their respective factions to note down the number one item on their wishlist again!





Wherever Shardbearer characters are in the Drabwurld, at some point today they will be approached by fairies or imps, depending on their alignment, bearing a piece of parchment and a quill. They will urge your character to write down a request for an item, power or favour from their monarchs in exchange for fighting or supporting their faction and they will take it away through a fairy-ring when it is written. There are three easy rules your character will be informed MUST NOT be broken:

1) "Do not call for time and space to be bent to your will!"

2) "You may not request another's true love or devotion!"

3) "Ask not for a road home or the loved ones whence you came!"

Essentially, the OOC boundaries relayed through IC means to your character are to avoid game-breaking demands being made. They will be approved, altered or denied here until 24th SEPTEMBER (00:01am LONDON GMT) so that when your character receives their boon on the morning of 25th (you can pick any time for them to be delivered/show up) no matter where they are there is no fuss, no muss! The royal audiences are bi-monthly and the third is due to be held in October, which the fairies and imps will also be informing people.

This month, everybody who managed to find a feather of any kind gets a boon! Feel free to link to any threads (completed or ongoing) that will show your character getting involved in the event this month. Simply C&P the below into your comment:

POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS: I wouldn't mind him coming across a dragon egg in the dwarf city and having to hatch it or a baby finds him and imprints on him or something. I just really want Stiles trying to be a dragon baby-mama (and I missed out on the dragon escapades because I suck). If that's not possible, I suppose mightier magic? He's at level 1 Hogwart's level, so maybe second year? (But really, a dragon. A metallic purpley one. IDK W/E.)

Note: Actually, he'll be in his update coma when the boons are handed out, so he could always wake up with an egg under him. Or on him. Or up his butt not up his butt. Or a baby dragon snoozing with him. Whatever works best. (DRAGON)

BOON REQUEST: Erik would like power. He doesn't really want them to mess with his mutation (once was enough, thank you, Morla) but amplifying it and making it stronger would be more than welcome (maybe a level increase to more of the comic-levels of power he has!)
POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS: If that doesn't work Drabworld power would work find with him, ie. political power of some kind? He'd enjoy that. Or just something to bug the heck out of him, whatever you guys would like!

BOON REQUEST: Hermione would like a way for the compassess, both the ones she has now and any more she might make, to be more... Open, I think! A means for people to reply to messages instead of her just posting notifications would be nice.
POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS: This would kind of turn the compassess into a secondary form of the lockets, which the monarchs might not be okay with, so if that's what happens then that's cool! Hermione'll take anything that they'll give her uwu.

Think about it. Think about how great it'd be to be able to fight with water or--or maybe create clones out of water or even breathe underwater like a fish? It's like being a triple-threat all over again."
POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS: Basically Ryan after spending all his time hanging with fire-users, he wants the ability to be like a waterbender so he can improve his offensive skill set. Either via having to carry around a pack of water or the ability to pull it out of thin air to use in battle. Additionally, due to his conversation with Zelos I wouldn't mind if there were certain consequences to his water-powers (i.e. "You have to sing every time you want to use your powers" or they're very draining...literally.) Whatever the modly types see fit!

POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS: Whatever seems appropriate. Failing anything else, access to dark magic would be good. Not that he needs more magic, but he'd want to know the limits of magic in this world.

Having met dwarven smiths, I realize what my arms may be good for, otherwise-- I would like to be able to smith the same as the fairies, so I could prepare other warriors for the world they'll enter." Essentially, Lancelot knows fairy language, but he'd like to know how to use smithing magic for wrought iron like the fairies do.
POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS: i would actually like for lancelot to get this with a catch--that he has to be in a good state of mind to properly smith fairy enchantments. if he's in a bad mood, depressed or unfocused, he could potentially make weapons or armor with curses(potentially beneficial) on them.

- some kind of magical power that relates to her artsyfartsy side. like, draw a THING and then pull that THING off the page. I don't think she'd ever draw a living animal, so it could just be for inanimate objects. maybe food? eh.

- not a LITERAL gold bow, but maybe a gold-colored bow + arrow/quiver set. Rachel is learning how to shoot, and she'd like a bow of her own. and I think gold would be cool because of her association with Apollo, yusyus! and in PJO, Percy's sword can turn into a pen for easy carrying purposes, and appears back in his pocket as said pen even if he drops it or whatever, so it'd be rad if the quiver ..magically reloaded with new arrows after some time, or something? I know Drabworld magic =/= PJO Greek magic, but, yeah. she'd totally ramble on about a pimped out bow/arrow set up, hahaha.

POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS:
the "or" is mostly because I don't know if it would be too powerful to have the first "magic art" option include "and now I can pull magical weapons off the page!". but if that'd be cool to have her do ( within reason, I wouldn't have her be like "THIS IS A MAGICAL BOW THAT CAN KILL LITERALLY ANYTHING!!" and then give out magical "KILL EVERYTHING!" weapons to all her friends. honestly they'd mostly be based off of the magic weapons introduced within the PJO universe ), then just the drawing power would be awesome.

POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS: Lumina doesn't really know she wants a chocobo, but it would be fun if she got one! Or some odd variation of it, like receiving chocobo eggs, or breeding chocobos, or a baby chocobo, or a big chocobo and chocobo eggs or...something chocobo related. Preferably a black chocobo if any chocobos are found! If not, then randomization is fine!
