BOON REQUESTS

Hey fairybros, it's boon time! Requests are up, which means the fairies and imps are out and about bothering people from their respective factions to note down the number one item on their wishlist again!




Wherever Shard-holder characters are in the Drabwurld, at some point today they will be approached by fairies or imps, depending on their alignment, bearing a piece of parchment and a quill. They will urge your character to write down a request for an item, power or favour from their monarchs in exchange for fighting or supporting their faction and they will take it away through a fairy-ring when it is written. There are three easy rules your character will be informed MUST NOT be broken:

1) "Do not call for time and space to be bent to your will!"

2) "You may not request another's true love or devotion!"

3) "Ask not for a road home or the loved ones whence you came!"

Essentially, the OOC boundaries relayed through IC means to your character are to avoid game-breaking demands being made. They will be approved, altered or denied here until 24th OCTOBER (00:01am LONDON GMT) so that when your character receives their boon on the morning of 25th (you can pick any time for them to be delivered/show up) no matter where they are there is no fuss, no muss! The royal audiences are bi-monthly and the the next shall be posted shortly, which the fairies and imps will also be informing people.

This month, everybody who participated in the moon plot gets a boon! Feel free to link to any threads (completed or ongoing) that will show your character getting involved in the event this month: only actual participation (not referenced participation) will warrant a boon. If your character doesn't want to request a boon they may simply wave away the fairies/imps. It is not possible to "save up" Boon Requests for later events, so make sure to get yours in if you want one! Please try to think of a boon to suggest; wildcard boons will likely be saved for last.

POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS: Being a hunter from Artemis, Thalia usually teamed with wolves in order to get things done. In one of the scenes with her, there's a silver wolf that comes back to thalia in order to tell her that she needs to get a move on. Though, if not a wolf, she could always get one of the falcons instead.

BOON REQUEST: He wants his numerology back! Being a demon with a body made of magical circuits was fun, but it makes him a bit too crazy--which is weird, coming from him. Numerology would restore Roa's magical circuits to normal.
POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS: As much as I want Roa to get this perfectly, I'd like it if the 'return' of his magical circuits gave him back his human appearance--blonde hair, blue eyes. He'd go a bit nuts seeing what he used to be. :) He'll dye it, but it'll irk the hell out of him.

I'm pretty much okay with whatever you guys come up with!

Whenever Peter shifts, he will become a great direwolf, easily twice the size of a traditional wolf. Similarly, his half-shifted form shall be significantly more wolf-like, impressively stronger than it was before, easily cresting 7 feet in height.

Essentially just asking for Lloyd's "dog" Noishe. No, he's not really a dog- but they are dumb enough to call him one anyway. He's big enough to use as a mount, but scared of monsters so not much help in fights.
POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS: If not Noishe, anything that could give to Lloyd to help him out pretty much. Since yeah, he really doesn't want anything for himself and would rather help out his friend.

Note that, if they want to give Lloyd a weapon of some sort, I would prefer he receive double of that since that's all he will fight with (since, you know, double the swords means double the power). This is, of course, just a preference; feel free to give him whatever you want!

Lloyd will be given two augmenting rubies! Well-cut gems that he can set on the pommel or blade of whatever blade or weapon he desires to use, which will mould themselves into the metal. Doing so will augment his artes, allowing him to use them at double-strength.

POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS: Considering the tech behind her beam cannon likely will not ever be able to work, basically she just wants some ranged firepower. In this case, fire magic so she can raze things to the ground when she feels like making an impression on the battlefield. The degree to which anyone feels like making her actually familiar enough with it to effectively use it is up to the fairies /o/ there might be tantrums tantrums with fire i'm sorry no i'm not

POSSIBLE ALTERATIONS: It's just a yes or no thing, so...nooone? Basically, he just wants to figure out if there's a way to get his webshooters working again, or if he's going to have to figure out something else. And isn't exactly comfortable with the idea of asking around on the network "SO HEY, I'M A SUPERHERO, AND MY GADGETS AREN'T WORKING...WHAT DO?"

BOON REQUEST: An arrangement (and the money or collateral) to purchase/trade for an exceptional amulet that will repel and nullify curses and psychic attacks, as well as uphold the integrity of her own spells so they cannot be twisted against her. I'd like for there to be a few extra empty gem settings so that she can add things with later boons/quests if she so chooses, and for it to have the ability to sink into her skin when she puts it around her neck, so it magically becomes a tattoo. It'll probably be a greaaat surprise.

If there is any lore or information on it, she'd like that too, or where she might find it.
