BOON REQUESTS
Hey fairybros! You know what time it is? Boon time!
Requests are up, which means the fairies and imps are out and about bothering people from their respective factions to note down the number one item on their wishlist again!
Wherever Shard-holder characters are in the Drabwurld, at some point today they will be approached by fairies or imps, depending on their alignment, bearing a piece of parchment and a quill. They will urge your character to write down a request for an item, power or favour from their monarchs in exchange for fighting or supporting their faction and they will take it away through a fairy-ring when it is written. There are three easy rules your character will be informed MUST NOT be broken:
This month, everybody who defeated the dogs gets a boon! Feel free to link to any threads (completed or ongoing) that will show your character getting involved in the event this month: only actual participation (not referenced participation) will warrant a boon. What about those who moved the bones? Bide your time, lads and lassies! The Black Shuck will have taken note...
So, want a boon? Simply C&P the below into your comment:
If your character doesn't want to request a boon they may simply wave away the fairies/imps. It is not possible to "save up" Boon Requests for later events, so make sure to get yours in if you want one! Please try to think of a boon to suggest; wildcard boons will likely be saved for last.

1) "Do not call for time and space to be bent to your will!"Essentially, the OOC boundaries relayed through IC means to your character are to avoid game-breaking demands being made. They will be approved, altered or denied here until 24th NOVEMBER (00:01am LONDON GMT) so that when your character receives their boon on the morning of 25th (you can pick any time for them to be delivered/show up) no matter where they are there is no fuss, no muss!
2) "You may not request another's true love or devotion!"
3) "Ask not for a road home or the loved ones whence you came!"

CANON: The Last Herald-Mage
FACTION: Seelie
RELEVANT THREAD(S): Moving Bones & Fighting Dogs
BOON REQUEST: Would it be okay if Vanyel received a bond-bird? One of the Tayledras birds would be perfect. I'd choose a White Raven for Van in particular.
Here is a little snippet about the Tayledras bond-birds: "Most bondBirds can only report very simple messages to their Bonded HawkBrothers for they have not the intelligence. Their intelligence is about that of young children, if that. Like their Bonded, the birds eventually bleach because of the strong magics of the Vale. They all usually bleach within 10 years of Bonding, even if they are not Bonded to powerful Mages. Bondbirds are noticeable from other birds because they are all about two to three times bigger than regular birds."
Since he can't have Yfandes, I thought another, smaller companion would do him good. :)

When he wakes, Vanyel will find waiting for him a white raven meeting this description!
Wrong color but...
I am so excited! :D
