THE ROAD TO WAR

Clarisse has one of the family jewels (hurr hurr) of Celegorm's family, and he's gonna about-face from the successful attack on Mair to head south to Caer Glaem reclaim it. By force.

He'll be travelling with some Unseelie folks + ??? (pending mod info and ooc wrangling with other pcs) soldiers, some survived from Mair, some fresh reinforcements. Ideally, a Seelie force will ride out to meet him before he makes it to Caer Glaem, so as not to interrupt PCs there who don't want to participate.

Please fill out this handy chart to list your participation deets if you're interested and so you can plot with other folks! I will update this header post with more info as plans get hashed out. So far:

1. There will be TWO logs! THIS FIRST LOG is for the army in transit and in prep, and THIS SECOND LOG for the battle proper!

2. NPC matchmaking service! There's a lot more seelie than unseelie, so for those who want to actually play out battling orcs, drow, trolls, men, werewolves, or other fun opponents, there will be plenty of opportunities to do that! In the event post, there will be bios of these types of opponents and difficulty ratings, so if you have a character that would mow through the ground troops, you can do that! If you're wanting more of a boss-battle which actually tests your character's strengths, that can be handled too!

3. Event will be forward-dated! The event log for the battle itself will be going up a few days early, for those who have their plans all hashed out and want to get a move on!

well for luke it probably involves stealing everyone's stuff, but as far as jason here goes, it's more about harnessing all the power of a very severe thunderstorm.

but yeah i'm up for all sorts of fighting! he's fight to fight ganon's phantom thing at some point though, so any other fights would have to happen before that first and leave him able to go on fighting, or afterwards with him already fairy winded. that said, he's got a horrible trend of head injuries so i'm also okay with him getting KO'd and thus losing if you'd like grell to win.

the fight happening before is good! grell's got plans to fight a few others over the days, and i know she could definitely be thrown into a temporary retreat if jason delivers a few solid strikes, leaving him more than enough time to leave. she'll dish out some of her own, but however much jason gets injured is entirely up to you.
